Products
Bloom by ITSO sells hand-cut floral bouquets and arrangements for gifting, occasions, and personal enjoyment. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance.
Natural products
Flowers are a natural product, and variations in colour, size, and appearance are to be expected. While we strive to replicate the designs shown in our images, the final arrangement may differ slightly due to seasonal availability, stock limitations, or individual flower characteristics.
Substitutions
In the event that a specific flower or foliage is unavailable, we will substitute it with a suitable alternative, ensuring the overall design and aesthetic of the arrangement remain consistent.
Ordering
Orders are placed through our website and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is taken securely at checkout via our online payment provider.
Collections
Collection is available from:
- Essex location (CM5)
- London location (E16)
Collection details will be provided after purchase.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, Bloom by ITSO operates a limited refunds policy.
Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:
- damaged items on arrival
- incorrect product delivered
- non-delivery due to our error
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection and supported with photographs where applicable.
Refunds will not be provided where:
- natural variations in flowers or arrangements occur
- incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer
- delivery could not be completed due to access issues
- no safe place was available for delivery
- cancellations are made outside the permitted timeframe
Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date.
Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
Flower Care Instructions
To maintain freshness and longevity of your arrangement:
- Trim stems at an angle before placing in water
- Use a clean vase with fresh water
- Remove any foliage below the waterline
- Replace water every 2–3 days
- Keep flowers away from direct heat, sunlight, and radiators
- Re-trim stems every few days to aid hydration
Proper hydration and care will help extend the life of your flowers.
Liability
Bloom by ITSO’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages outside of our control once delivery or collection has been completed.
Privacy
Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and service delivery, and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
