Delivery Policy

Bloom by ITSO provides delivery and collection services for floral bouquets and arrangements purchased through our website.


Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the M25 for a flat delivery fee of £15. Delivery availability is shown at checkout and may vary depending on date and demand.


Collection

Collection is available from the following locations:

  • Essex (CM5)
  • London (E16)

Collection details and timings will be confirmed after your order has been placed.


Delivery Dates & Times

Customers can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we aim to meet all delivery requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and deliveries will take place within our standard delivery window.


Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the bouquet may be:

  • left in a safe place at the delivery address
  • left with a neighbour or reception where appropriate
  • delivered according to instructions provided at checkout

Once delivery has been completed at the address provided, Bloom by ITSO cannot accept responsibility for the condition of the flowers.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address details
  • restricted access
  • no safe place available

a re-delivery fee may apply.


Delivery Issues

Any delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve where possible.


Perishable Goods

Flowers are perishable products and should be cared for promptly upon arrival in line with the care instructions provided.
